Booking Confirmation

Upon booking, you will receive a confirmation email outlining the appointment details.

Appointment Reminders

As a courtesy, we will send you a reminder for your appointment via email or text 24 hours prior.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule a booking, please provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice. You can notify us by phone, text, or email.

Missed Appointments

We understand that things come up, but unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for missed appointments. However, under special circumstances, the missed appointment fee may be credited towards your next booking.

Special Circumstances

Special circumstances that may be considered for a credit include illness or unforeseen events that prevent you from attending your appointment.

No-Shows

If you miss an appointment without providing any notice, you will be considered a no-show and will not be eligible for a credit.
